A gala dinner of a French corporate partner's incentive programme at The Castle Garden Bazaar. 400 guests, a three-course-plated-dinner, party until dawn.


 

PWC cocktail reception at the Museum of Fine Arts

The presentation of PWC's annual Hungarian CEO Survey at the Museum of Fine Arts. Catering for 150 people with hot and cold bites and desserts selection. The event had a great emphasis on environmental awareness, which was also taken into account in the preparing and the decoration of the dishes.


 

Gerbeaud's 160th anniversary dinner at the Museum of Fine Arts

The Gerbeaud celebrated its 160th birthday while the Museum of Fine Arts on its 110th anniversary of the celebrated the reopening of the Romanian Hall with an exciting dinner on 30th October 2018. Two iconic buildings of Budapest came together for the evening, with Gerbeaud providing the catering and the Onyx restaurant presenting the welcome bites.

A minimalist food exhibition in a neo-Renaissance showroom, where, for contrast, all the food was placed in a snow-white environment, to be presented by black-clad waiters after being served by snow-white-clad chefs. The staple was a system of symbols (diagonal lines, crosses, circles), which are modern representations of the motifs found in the Romanian Hall, in the form of badges for the chefs and tattoos for the waiters.

Gala dinner in honour of the Kossuth Prize winners

The Kossuth Prize winners were honoured with a four-course gala dinner with 400 guests in the Pesti Vigadó, besides the menu we offered Hungarian wine pairing and Apponyi patterned tableware from the Herend Porcelain Manufactory. In preparing the menu, special attention was paid to using ingredients from local producers. The dinner was rounded off with coffee specialities made by the baristas from Gerbeaud coffee roasted by the One Eleven coffee manufactory.

Wedding in the Szabó Ervin Library of Budapest

Every wedding is special for us, because we can spend months together preparing for the most important day of the couple's life. At the 50-person wedding at the Szabó Ervin Library in Budapest, both the ceremony and the wedding dinner took place in the building's beautiful halls. We were honoured to provide the culinary experience.
